Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Orders are not shipped on holidays.
  • For the most up-to-date information on shipping schedules, please follow us on X (formerly Twitter). We post daily news about order shipping dates and constant updates on what's happening.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order's label has been processed.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Dot's Card Shop is not responsible for any customs or taxes added to your order.
  • All fees or customs added to the order after shipping are the responsibility of the customer alone (e.g., tariffs, taxes).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • Once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS, the package ownership transfers to the buyer.
  • We are not responsible if packages are lost, stolen, or damaged; such issues must be addressed with USPS or UPS to resolve the problem.

Pre-Orders:

  • All pre-orders are shipped on the release day or the following week unless otherwise noted for early arrival.
  • If you order products with a pre-order product in the same order, your order will not ship until all products are in stock.
  • Once the items are in stock and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking included.
