Returns and Refunds
RETURNS:
We have a 7 day return policy, this starts once you receive your item. Anything past those 7 days will automatically be denied.
To be eligible for the return your item must be in the exact same condition, completely unused, and in its original factory sealed packaging. You must also have your order confirmation/receipt.
To ask for a return simply email rippindot@gmail.com to contact me directly, if it is accepted, we will send you step by step instructions on how and where to send the product back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
ALL returns are subject to a 25-30% return fee due to the time it takes to process this request! This fee is due to the volatile nature of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese products, with the prices of all products changing daily!
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE GIVEN 80% OF THEIR CURRENT MARKET VALUE. NOT WHAT YOU PAID INITIALLY!
EXAMPLE:
You buy a box for $100 a week ago
You now want to return it but the box' current market is $80
You will be given 80% of the current market value for that box, 80% of $80 is $64, you will be given $64 back.
REFUNDS:
Once you successfully send the product back to us we will inspect the product and decide whether your return is eligible for a refund. If approved, it will take anywhere from 5-7 days to process the refund and depending on your bank or credit card company it could take them time to process as well.
ALL refunds/Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee
There are absolutely no refund or returns on PRE-ORDER products.
We have a 14 day refund/cancellation policy! If your order was placed more than 14 days before you ask for a refund/cancellation it will be DENIED.
We can't have people ordering Pre-Orders and then cancelling as soon as the set comes out and starts shipping.
DISCOUNTS:
If you forget to put in a discount code we can't adjust it! If you decide to cancel the order due to failing to put in a discount code you will still be subject to the 10% fee!
